After a period of use, the exterior of the buildings are most often degraded due to the effects of weather, subsidence and deformation. Therefore, the following work needs to be done periodically so that the building is always ready to serve at the same time ensuring the aesthetics as the original design. The content of exterior maintenance provided by SICOM includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Waterproofing and repainting;
- Waterproofing of the exterior;
- Cleaning exterior glass panels;
- Replace the broken glass panels.
