In celebration of the 15th anniversary of its establishment and development, SICOM Construction Investment Joint Stock Company officially launches the Songwriting Competition Celebrating SICOM’s 15th Anniversary, seeking an original musical work that captures SICOM’s unique identity, celebrates its journey of growth, reflects the spirit of unity, and expresses the collective aspiration for a brighter future.

15 Years – One Journey, Countless Milestones

Every stage of SICOM’s development has been shaped by the dedication, contributions, and companionship of generations of employees. Behind this journey are stories of hard work, memorable experiences at the Head Office and project sites, a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and the determination to overcome challenges.

Through this competition, SICOM hopes to transform these stories and emotions into music, creating a signature song that embodies pride in the Company’s 15-year journey and confidence in the road ahead.

Competition Details

• Eligible Participants: SICOM employees at the Head Office and project sites.

• Submission Period: October 10–24, 2026.

• Entry Format: Individual or group submissions. All musical genres are welcome.

• Submission Requirements: Song title, lyrics, a demo audio file, and a brief introduction explaining the creative concept.

• Prize: VND 10,000,000 for the entry receiving the highest number of valid votes.

Following the submission and review period, the Organizing Committee will select five eligible entries for an online voting round in which all SICOM employees can participate.
