In December 2021 Sicom Construction Investment Joint Stock Company officially signed a service contract for maintenance of technical systems for the City Children Hospital in 2021-2023.

City Children Hospital is a grade I hospital, started construction in December 2014, with a total construction area of more than 12,000 m2 with a scale of 1,000 hospital beds, including 1 basement and 8 floating floors. The hospital has 10 functional rooms, 39 clinical and subclinical departments. Designed as a practice hospital following the model of a hospital - a school of international standards, the equipment is modernly invested with the latest generation.

Accordingly, Sicom will perform preventive maintenance, corrective/ reactive/ proactive maintenance of all MEP technical systems of the Hospital, including:

• Chiller System;
• UPS system;
• Generator system;
• RO system;
• Nurse call alert system;
• Sample transfer system;
• Elevators & Escalators system;
• BMS system;
• Waste water treatment system;
