- Provide overall maintenance works from the Consultant to set up the maintenance procedure to perform maintenance of the buildings: water surface painting, waterproofing, force safety assessment and operation safety, maintenance Technical systems (elevator, fire protection, wastewater treatment,... ).
- Provides maintenance strategies, maintenance plans, maintenance management, documentation records.
- Perform maintenance work in a comprehensive, comprehensive manner.
- Providing technology solutions: CMMS, QR code, ... asset portfolio management, the maintenance history.
- Provide/update legal documents on maintenance of works.
